Losing weight and feeling great

Losing weight is a battle that most people have fought at one point in their lives. The Media through the route of TV shows, commercials, magazines enforces a depiction of a “healthy weight loss”.Quick Weight Loss Ads continue to defy the reality of being obese or relatively slender. The media has been denounced for creating an image that can be fallacy or simply false. The need to be slender has produced depression among those who are obese, false testimonials of rejuvenated individuals portrays a depiction of a much better lifestyle, and the side effect are often obscured from public view, depicting weight loss as a feasible opportunity.
The most important step in best weight loss program is exercise and weightloss meal plans. Eating healthy will only keep you from getting fat, but exercise is what allows you to lose the weight. Many people have particular areas in which they want to isolate and work on. For instance many women want to maximize their workout on their thighs. Lunges and squats are two perfect ways to turn that fat into muscle. Other women and most men would rather get rid of their stomachs. Everyone wants to go to the beach and take off that shirt without hesitation. In order to burn fat off of the stomach and/or waist you must do sit ups, or crunches whichever you prefer. 





The Fallacy of the happy or unhappy version of family or lifestyle could only be cleared with increase in self esteem of these individuals. This would not be such a problem if the images were not reinforced in the media daily. However, if an individual can view the falsification of such media portrayal it can also boost one’s self esteem in turn leading to a happy lifestyle. Weight Loss is not only physical, it is also a mental. Most people lack the motivation to start a diet and exercise plan and stick to it. That is the number one reason why people do not succeed when they try to lose weight. People need to make a commitment to best way to lose weight, get their priorities straight, set realistic goals, eat healthy, become physically active and change their lifestyle, if they plan to achieve any weight loss.
